DeskClone.ai provides AI-powered customer support automation through our AI agent, Jarvis. The Service processes your support data (conversations, documents, knowledge base content) to train and operate an AI agent that handles customer support on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your Data

• You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service (“Your Data”).
• You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
• We will not sell Your Data to third parties or use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to share Your Data with us.

Pricing for the Service is based on your support volume and usage. Free trial periods may be offered. Paid plans will be billed as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeskClone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the AI agent's responses will be accurate, complete, or error-free in all cases.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export or deletion of Your Data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
